Student House

Brasilforall offers to students a comfortable and convenient house situated near the city centre. It is very advantageous and helpful because the residence is already furnished and equipped with oven, fridge and washing machine, so the student doesn’t need to pay to eat in restaurants neither to wash their clothes.
Furthermore, the accommodation is located in the same building of a Brasilforall’s office, where the student has free access to Internet and obtains orientation about courses and jobs

There are two shared bedrooms in the Student House. Probably, your roommate will be Brazilian and he/she can help you to regulate your documentation and find a job.

Price

The best thing is that you can enjoy all the facilities of The Student House for the same price of other houses in Dublin: just 170 Euros per week. You will have to pay 150 euros as a deposit, but you will get this money back when you leave the house, if there isn’t any damage in the room. Note that the minimum stay is two weeks.
